1) Veneers & Moisture Control
Everything starts with stable veneers. Moisture consistency affects pressing, glue bonds, and long-term warp resistance.

2) Glue & Layup (Ply Stacking)
Even glue coverage and precise ply alignment are the difference between a deck that lasts and one that fails early. This is where consistency begins.

3) Hydraulic Pressing & Molds
Pressing locks in concave, nose, and tail geometry. Consistent pressure + cure schedules create repeatable shape and pop.

6) Sanding, Edgework & Dust Control
Sanding is both aesthetic and functional—clean edges chip less, feel better, and finish more consistently. Dust collection is critical for safety and finish quality.

7) Spray Booth & Clear Finish

When graphics are applied, heat transfer processes require careful alignment, temperature control, and clean surfaces.

9) Quality Control: What We Check & Reject
QC is where small problems get caught before they become a customer issue—warp, drilling alignment, glue lines, and finish defects.

10) Packaging, Palletizing & Shipping
Decks are long and easy to damage if packed poorly. Proper stack protection + shrink wrap + pallet handling keeps product clean and flat.

Legacy: Sand Casting Aluminum Trucks (Why We Stopped)
We previously produced aluminum trucks by sand casting. Molten metal operations in a wood shop environment introduce major fire risk, so we discontinued this in the same facility. Safety comes first.
