1. Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.

Skateboard decks and other wood products may have normal variations in wood grain, veneer color, appearance, dimensions, weight, concave, and finish. Natural wood is not visually identical from one product to another.

Product photographs are representative of the products offered. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural material variations may cause the product you receive to appear somewhat different from photographs displayed online.

2. Skateboard Deck Dimensions

Product dimensions are provided to help customers select an appropriate product.

Skateboard decks are manufactured products made from laminated wood. Minor dimensional variations may occur as part of normal manufacturing and finishing processes.

If an exact measurement is critical for your application, please contact us before ordering.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order will be the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately when required.

4. Payment

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order when necessary, including in cases involving payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or products that are unavailable.

5. Inventory and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information.

Occasionally, inventory quantities may change before the website is updated. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding available alternatives, a delay, partial shipment, or cancellation and refund of the affected item.

6. Shipping

Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

7. Order Inspection

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you believe you received an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and before modifying or using the affected product.

Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damage may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Return eligibility is subject to our posted Return Policy.

Products should not be returned without following the return instructions provided on the website or by our customer service team.

Products that have been cut, drilled, painted, printed, sanded, assembled, ridden, altered, or otherwise modified by the customer may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.
